Tax Incentive – Income Tax – abatement on the income tax due
Individuals who file taxes can deduce 6% of the tax due.
Legal entities/juristic person based on the net profit can contribute in two different manners:
1% of the tax due.
The donation can be reducible as an operational expense. The donation is made directly to Socorro aos Necessitados, and it reduces the estimate respecting the limit of 2% of the operational profit, before figuring the deduction (artigo 365. II, do RIR/99, which is supported by the law 9.249 de 26/12/1995 and authorizes the deduction as an operational expense, up to 2% of the operation profit of the company, of the donated values for non-profitable entities).
